PAYMENT SCHEDULE:  A deposit of $25 is due by Febuary 15, 2006. The full payment  is due prior to April 8, 2006  including those who made a $25 Non-Refundable Deposit. Credit is given for the $25 deposit.  Please note that costs include 7.5% tax and 18% tips. 

REFUNDS:  No refunds of  $25 Deposit. No refunds on Registration deposits, or fee after April 8, 2006.

SLEEPING ROOMS: Please call the Imperial Palace Convention Desk TOLL FREE 1-800-800-2981 and ask for IRLP deal. The special room rates of $123.00 plus 9% room tax may be obtained by using the Room Booking Code "V1NTDO6" when calling the Imperial Palace hotel at 800-800-2981. Rooms not reserved by March 15 will be released for general sale.  Week day rates are normally lower than weekends, so please ask!!!
