IRLP, EchoLink and All Star Asterisk is used by NARRI for linking repeaters. Special software and hardware allows licensed Amateur Radio stations to communicate with one another over the Internet, using voice-over-IP (VoIP) technology. The software allows worldwide connections to be made between stations, or from computer to station, greatly enhancing Amateur Radio's communications capabilities. NARRI system repeaters and remotes are normally operated under the Club Call Sign of N7ARR or affiliate call signs.
