 NARRI
supports the American Red Cross communications in several ways: NARRI IRLP provides VoIP
locally and nationally with two linked VoIP conference bridges, *DCF-ARC* Conference Server and Channel 7 of the
Western IRLP Reflector (9257). NARRI was co-organizer of the weekly VoIP American Red Cross Communicators Net held on said
conference bridges and a Yahoo Group for the net members and it is also intended as a forum for coordination between ARC, ARES
/RACES, FEMA, and Homeland Security. The net is Sundays at 6 PM Pacific time.

 The Las Vegas United REACT
(Radio Emergency Associated Communications Teams) organization is composed of about 1/3 licensed ham radio operators; discussions
have been held with NARRI concerning starting a national REACT net using VoIP. For more information please see the REACT
